北京时间2012年6月12日，苹果在WWDC大会上公布了全新的 iOS6操作系统。iOS6拥有200多项新功能，iOS6新功能Siri新增15个国家和地区的语言，亚洲地区包括韩语、中文（包含粤语）。2012年9月19日，苹果iOS开放下载，中国大陆用户20日凌晨1点钟即可更新。
